Caring for your Penina jewellery

Penina jewellery is crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel, designed to accompany you every day with beauty, durability and timelessness. With a few simple steps, the shine of your pieces will last much longer:

✦ Avoid direct contact with aggressive chemical products, such as perfumes, bleach, or cleaning products.

✦ After use, gently clean your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth.

 ✦ Store the pieces separately, preferably in a case or fabric bag, to avoid scratches and tangles.

✦ Whenever necessary, you can wash them with warm water and neutral soap — dry thoroughly afterwards.

Penina Guarantee — 1 year

At Penina, we believe that quality and trust always go hand in hand. Therefore, all our pieces come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, peeling, or abnormal discolouration, subject to review by our team. 

What the guarantee covers:

— Proven manufacturing defects

 — Peeling or abnormal discolouration of the 18k gold plating

— Structural alterations not caused by use

What the guarantee does not cover:

 — Damage due to misuse, drops, or accidents 

— Scratches and natural wear and tear from continuous use

— Prolonged contact with chemical products, chlorine, or excessive saltwater

To claim the guarantee, send us an email to peninajewelry@hotmail.com or a message on our social media, with the order number, photos of the piece, and a brief description of what happened. Communication must be made within 30 days of defect detection.
